This notice is issued by YazılımBiz (yazilim.biz.tr) acting as data controller under Turkish Law No. 6698 on the Protection of Personal Data ("KVKK"). It explains why your personal data is processed, with whom it is shared, how long it is retained and what rights you have.

- Identity and contact: name, company, title, phone, e-mail, address.
- Requests and correspondence: contact/demo form content, support tickets, meeting notes.
- Customer transactions: contracts, quotations, invoices, payment details, licence/subscription records.
- Transaction security: IP address, access time, browser information, server logs.
- Technical data: system and configuration details shared during installation and support.
Special categories of personal data (health, biometrics, religion, ethnicity, etc.) are not requested or processed.
3. Purposes
- Responding to your request, running quotation and demo processes,
- Concluding and performing contracts; delivering installation, training and support,
- Invoicing, collection and accounting obligations,
- Information security, system monitoring and preventing unauthorised access,
- Complying with legal notification and retention obligations,
- Commercial communication only with your consent.
4. Legal grounds
Data is processed under KVKK art. 5/2 on the grounds of performance of a contract, compliance with legal obligations, establishment or exercise of a right and legitimate interest. Commercial communication relies on your explicit consent.
5. Transfers
Personal data may be shared, only as far as the service requires, with hosting, e-mail, accounting and technical support providers; these providers are bound by confidentiality. Transfers to public authorities occur only where legally required. No transfer abroad takes place without your explicit consent or an exception provided by law.
6. Retention
Data is retained for as long as the processing purpose requires and within the maximum periods set by applicable legislation. Requests and quotations are deleted within a reasonable period after closure; commercial and financial records are kept for the retention periods in the Turkish Commercial Code and tax legislation. At the end of the period data is deleted, destroyed or anonymised.
7. Your rights (KVKK art. 11)
- To learn whether your personal data is processed,
- To request information if it has been processed,
- To learn the purpose and whether it is used accordingly,
- To know the third parties to whom it is transferred domestically,
- To request correction of incomplete or inaccurate data,
- To request deletion or destruction under the conditions in the law,
- To request notification of these actions to third parties,
- To object to a result against you arising from automated analysis,
- To claim compensation for damage caused by unlawful processing.

You may send requests by e-mail to info@yazilim.biz.tr or in writing to the postal address above. Requests are answered as soon as possible and no later than 30 (thirty) days, depending on their nature. Additional information may be requested to verify your identity.
